So had my meeting today and it went well! Met up with the owner his wife and his sister. Tried out a few of the sandwiches they wish to sell as well as some sweet treats! All was very quite delicious, my wife falling in love with a raspberry and cheese coffeecake. Anyways! We went over breakfast options and I am now left with the "hard" task of coming up with delicious and healthy croissant sandwich ideas. I doubt this will be too hard a task to work with so I have no worries. My only issue is making sure everything is Halal. So staying away from meats, but I can deal... AS long as my wife still cooks me meat at home.


I'm also debating giving him my personal bear claw recipe as an outlet for my own.. err.. I'm lost for words but I'm sure you know what I mean. It'll be my addition in his restaurant. Also a few danishes and what not will be easy for me to do. The idea of this place is quite neat! I wont say anything until it opens up just for sake of well you know... Keeping the coolness and individuality of it altogether.
